Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your denim wear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your contract and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn (other than for the purpose of trying on), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been washed, altered, or worn do not meet the conditions for a return.
Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In compliance with PayPal’s policies and the laws of some jurisdictions, if you are a consumer located in a region with specific consumer protection laws (such as the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may be entitled to a withdrawal period of up to 30 days. In such cases, your right to return the item and receive a refund via PayPal remains valid for the full 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. All other return conditions regarding the item's condition and return shipping responsibility remain in effect.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend following the return process for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item on our website. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the correct product.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene or health reasons. For example, items like bodysuits, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
